Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to oversee our in-ground pool and remodeling projects. This role combines field leadership, quality control, customer communication, and administrative responsibilities to ensure every project is completed on time, within scope, and to Relax Pools’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Scheduling

• Track project progress and ensure jobs stay on schedule.
  

• Identify delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  

• Work with the Build manager to coordinate crew and subcontractor schedules for efficient workflow.
  

• Handle emergency site visits and errands as needed.
  

Crew & Subcontractor Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and assist foremen and technicians (LMA).
  

• Communicate daily with crews and subcontractors to ensure clarity on tasks and expectations.
  

• Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands-on support as needed.
  

Quality Assurance & Control

• Conduct weekly quality checks on pool layouts, installations, and remodels.
  

• Perform daily timecard audits and job reviews to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company standards.
  

• Review punch list items with crews and ensure timely completion to maintain project quality and customer satisfaction.
  

• Identify and correct issues promptly to minimize rework.
  

Customer Engagement

• Conduct new pool orientations and communicate project updates.
  

• Address customer concerns to ensure exceptional experiences.
  

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious Build Foreman to join our team! As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to participate and manage the construction of inground vinyl and fiberglass swimming pools.

This job requires solid experience in swimming pool construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

• Allocate and delegate team member’s daily responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team member’s attendance and quality of work

• Supervise, train and give feedback to team members

• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Commercial Pool Technician to join our growing Commercial Services team. This role is responsible for the routine maintenance, water quality, and minor repair of commercial swimming pools and aquatic facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically capable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining professional communication with clients and management.

Job Duties

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.

• Test, balance, and accurately record pool chemistry in accordance with company and health department standards.

• Monitor, clean, and backwash filtration systems.

• Inspect pool equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, chlorinators, and automation systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment and system issues.

• Perform minor repairs such as replacing seals, gaskets, and small components.

• Communicate equipment concerns, safety issues, and recommended repairs to the Service Manager.

• Maintain professional communication with commercial clients and on-site staff.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Required

• Passion for the swimming pool industry.

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Pool Service Technician or in a related field.

• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, water balance, and chemical safety procedures.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting common pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems.

• Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or equivalent certification.

• Experience with commercial pools and aquatic facilities.

• Familiarity with automation systems such as Pentair, Jandy or Hayward.

• Basic electrical knowledge related to pool equipment.
